Thank you for your interest to becoming a Vision Made Magazine Brand Ambassador. As we take pride in the brand this is why we have the application process. Note not everyone will be chosen for the sake of protecting the brand.

Please answer the following questions.

1. Have you read Vision Made Magazine in the last 6 months?  Yes or No
2. Are committed to respect the brand with integrity? Yes or No
3. Are you willing to meet monthly with other Vision Made Magazine Ambassadors? These meetings will be held over zoom.  Yes or No
4. Do you have any problem promoting Vision Made Magazine to your community on a weekly bases? Yes or No
5. Which level are you interested:

           a) Affiliate- After 1 purchase and thereafter you will receive 30% quarterly payout of all purchases            

          b) Brand Ambassador- After 1 purchase and thereafter you received 40% payout of all purchase. Enter in monthly contest and meet other brand ambassador
